Any unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, if the return is a result of our error such as in the event of the wrong product being delivered we will pay for the costs of return shipping. Simply drop us an email with your name and order number, then send the product back to the return address provided on your envelope (is also on our contact us page) along with a copy of your dispatch receipt.
